We are a joint venture of Italy and Tanzania: Roberto (Italy) and Greyson (Tanzania) will take care of you and your safari. We have a lot of experience with safaris, trekking, and “beach holidays” in Tanzania and East Africa.

Roberto
Since I was a child, I have had an endless passion for Africa, adventure, and wildlife. My first safari in Tanzania was "love at first sight." Tanzania is impressive for the richness of the fauna and the smiles of the people. I put my boundless enthusiasm for Africa and safari with my friend and business partner, Greyson, in Savannah Explorers.
Together with my Savannah Explorers’ Team, we will organize all the details of your trip in Tanzania.
Greyson
My father has been a safari guide since 1977 and taught me his job when I was a teenager. I am a professional safari guide and I have worked for long time for a local tour operator in Arusha. During a safari, I met Roberto and we became friends. Now, we are business partners in Savannah Explorers.
I am waiting for you in Arusha for the safari briefings and I will take care of your safari operations.
Arusha Office
A group of professional people work in our office in Arusha on your files and requests. They book your safari and make sure everything is ready for you. Thanks to their hard work, we can organize and plan your safaris. They work in our back office for long hours and they are a cornerstone of Savannah Explorers.
Our Safari Guide
Our professional guides are all graduates from the Wildlife College and speak at least three languages. They are Tanzanian and will guide you with their experience, knowledge, and passion. We are sure that you will be in safe hands and will have fun with them.
Our Mechanics
We take care of our vehicles’ maintenance at the garage in Arusha. Here, our mechanics, Henry and Abdal, "fundi" in swahili, work day and night to make sure our jeeps and vehicles are ready and comfortable for your safari. We try our best to prevent any vehicle breakdown.
